Production starts with corn and wheat that is fractionalized then goes through a process of saccharification and fermentation prior to being distilled.

We have a two-step distillation procedure that utilizes the 14 rectification plates in the column over the still and 5 bubble plates of the condensing column. The column also features a unique two phase cooling system. Our copper still holds 1000 litres and was made in Europe for us.
