P3 Placid Vodka
Lake Placid Spirits is proud to introduce P3 Placid vodka, our premium handcrafted, grain-based vodka. Each batch is created with care from natural ingredients and is distilled in our copper column pot-still. P3’s uniquely smooth flavor is owed to the crisp, clean water we draw directly from Lake Placid and our signature final filtration (or polishing) using garnet from the southern Adirondack Mountains.
WINTER CONCOCTION:
As seen in new book "Bitters" by Brad Thomas Parsons
1 1/2 oz. P3 Placid or 46 Peaks potato vodka (gluten free)
3/4 oz. Clear Creek Douglas fir eau de vie
1/2 oz. honey syrup (equal parts honey and hot water)
1/4 oz. rosemary syrup (sugar, water and rosemary quick simmer)
2 dashes bitters
2 drops rosemary tincture (crushed rosemary in vodka, strained)
shake w/ ice until chilled and pour!
