Real Maple & Birch syrup flavored rye whisky. Aged in barrels from Adirondack Barrel Cooperage 80 proof. The first batch sold out in the Lake Placid Olympic Region of the Adirondacks. Woodchopper pays homage to the history of the Adirondacks region where loggers spent the entire winter in the deep woods and the logs were driven down the river to the lumber mills at spring thaw.
