Blue Line Gin
A classic Gin that has captured the essence of the northern forest of the great Adirondack Park. The park, denoted by a blue outline on the map of New York, is the largest in the lower 48 States, larger than Yosemite, Olympic and Glacier Parks combined.
Blue Line Gin has an incredibly smooth start and easy finish and ushers in a new era of Gin enjoyment. Lake Placid Spirits harvests the young White Pine in the sprouting season when new shoots are full of sweet chlorophyll - See Google search of the great Eastern / Northern White Pine (Pinus Strobus L.). The taste of the White Pine compliments Juniper (which by law is mandatory in Gin) as well as the other botanicals in the blend. Our distillation is accomplished with a slow burn and is mixed with the crystal clear lake water of Lake Placid, the drinking water of the Olympic Village of Lake Placid.
